The service
Room Designer 3D, run by Wright AI Solutions, LLC, gives a business a 3D bathroom designer and rough estimate to use with its customers under the business's name. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
Plans, the free week, promo codes and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. A new account gets the Starter plan free for 7 days, once per person, without payment details; it ends on its own and nothing is charged. A valid promo code can make the first days of a new account's first plan free; if you cancel before they end, you aren't charged. You can cancel any time from your account page, and the designer stays on until the end of the paid period. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Your business and your customers
You are responsible for the details and prices you enter, for the quotes and work you give your customers, and for handling your customers' details lawfully, including any privacy notice they are owed. Estimates are labelled as rough and non-binding.
Products and prices shown
3D product models and catalog material prices are for illustration. Products may change or be discontinued and catalog prices may be out of date. Brand and product names belong to their owners, and showing them doesn't mean they endorse the service.
Fair use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam, to impersonate another business, or to try to break, copy or resell it. We may suspend an account that does.
No warranty and limited liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. We may update them; we'll change the date at the top and tell account holders about significant changes by email before they take effect.
