Who we are
Room Designer 3D is run by Wright AI Solutions, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when businesses use Room Designer 3D.
Businesses that sign up
We keep your account email and your business details (name, web address, phone, email, legal name and labor prices). Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and we never see it. Payments are handled by Stripe: we receive your plan and payment status, not your full card number.
Projects you save
When you save a design as a project, we store what you enter about the job: your client's name, phone and email, the job address, the type of job, its status, start date and notes, together with the design and its estimate. That is your clients' personal information, collected by you under your own privacy promises to them, and you're responsible for having their permission to keep it with us. It's stored in our database (Supabase), only you can see it, signed in to your account, and it's deleted when you delete the project or your account.
Customers of a business and the demo
The designer opens only for the business that owns it, signed in to its account. A business can save a design as a project in its own account and enter its customer's name, contact details and address there; that is its record of the job, and if you are its customer you should ask that business about it. On the public demo, your 3D design stays in your browser, where it's saved so you can pick up where you left off, and a link to your design carries the design itself; we don't store it.
Who helps us run the service
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores accounts and projects, and Stripe handles payments. They only process data to provide those services to us. We don't sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Account and business details are kept while the account is open and deleted after it is closed, except billing records we must keep by law. Homeowner requests are kept until the business deletes them or closes its account. Saved projects, with the client details in them, are kept until the business deletes the project or closes its account. When an account gets its free week, and when a closed account had a paid plan, we keep a one-way scrambled code made from its email (not the email itself), only so the same person doesn't get a second free week or trial. We keep it after the account is closed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Businesses can edit their details, delete projects and requests, and delete their whole account (business, projects, requests, subscription and sign-in) from their account page; deleting is immediate and can't be undone. Homeowners can ask the business they contacted, or us, to delete a request. Sign-in and your language and theme choices use your browser's storage; we don't use advertising cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email.
